A costume jewelry necklace consisting of eight black cotton strips on which hangs a large, silver, metal pendant. The pendant consists of eight horizontal stripes of different sizes and textures, some are smooth, some are ruffled. They are arranged so that they are smaller at the bottom and top, and the largest in the middle. Very effective.
